7. Avocado, Tomato and Basil Deviled Eggs

In a skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and cook 1 small chopped onion until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add 3 chopped zucchini and 2 teaspoons salt. Cook 5-10 minutes or until soft, stirring occasionally.
